Appointments

Booking an appointment is easy — just give us a call at (250) 962-7808 or stop by in person. For annual exams and vaccinations, we recommend booking a few weeks ahead whenever possible to make sure you get a spot that works for your schedule. We know life gets busy, and we’ll always do our best to find a time that works for you.

If you think your pet may be having an emergency, please come straight to the clinic during office hours. Not sure if it’s urgent? Give us a call - our team is happy to help you figure out whether your pet needs to be seen right away. For after-hours concerns, we recommend reaching out to VetTriage, who can assess the situation and connect you with the veterinarian on call if needed.

To help keep things running smoothly and minimize wait times, we kindly ask that you try to arrive a few minutes early for your appointment. Before you see the veterinarian, our team will gather any important updates about your pet, check their weight, and ensure all paperwork is up to date.

If your pet finds vet visits a little stressful, please let us know ahead of time. We’re more than happy to make adjustments to help them feel as safe and comfortable as possible.

Finances

We believe transparency is key when it comes to your pet’s care — that’s why we’ll always discuss fees with you upfront in a clear, easy-to-understand way. If any additional services (like lab work or diagnostic imaging) are recommended during your visit, we’ll provide you with an estimate before proceeding.

If you have questions or concerns about payment options, please chat with one of our team members before your appointment with the veterinarian. We’re happy to help!

We accept cash, debit, credit cards, e-transfers, money orders, and PetCard. If you’d like more information about the PetCard financing program, just give us a call and we’ll gladly walk you through it.

Payment is due at the time services are completed.
